Are my emails going to your promotions inbox? Here’s how to move me to your primary inbox: On desktop, simply click, drag and drop the email into the primary tab at the top of your emails. Once you do that, a message will pop up asking if you want all emails from this user to go to primary. If you are on mobile, open the email, click the menu icon (it is three dots in the top right hand corner on my email) and then choose “Move to” from the drop-down menu, and then choose the Primary folder.
